March 2007 Archives
While Finn is at day care, we took advantage of a sunny day to bike over to Gas Works Park and down the Burke-Gilman trail near the University of Washington.
Pre-biking, feeling good.
Momma and baby are staying home.
Yes, Spoon is pushed down one more rung on the totem pole.
Helmet = Style! We're ready to go.
Monica came to visit and help us on the day Elijah was born. I'll have to write more later about what a great help she was. Of course she has lots of experience too, and Finn took to her very well.
We tried to get out on the couple of sunny days to see Seattle as well.
Monica, Finn and Spoon visit Discovery Park.
Monica demonstrates what happens when you go near the unstable bluff.
Finn watches the rear while we take the pictures.
Finn is gleefully wondering what happens if he were to stomp in this mud puddle.
Finnegan is learning to entertain himself which is a joy to watch and very fun to listen to his songs.
A few weeks ago he was saying, "tinkle dar, tinkle dar," and I really didn't know what he was talking about.
Then it hit me, oh! Twinkle little star!
He loves this song and as the days go by the song is becoming more recognizable as he sings it. He is also
singing, "ring around the rosy" and the "ABCs." He really likes to sing and asks me for requests to sing along
with him.
I really need to record him because he such a great toddler voice.
