Carrie: July 2004 Archives
I think we may have found our house. We only just
decided on it today, and haven't gotten any of the paperwork rolling for it. But
wow. To think that, a few months from now, I could be going to bed in my very
own house!! It boggles my mind, though I'm not sure why. Maybe just because it's
our first. Anyway, I'm thrilled. More details to come, I'm
sure.
I feel like I have to search for something to write
about since the wedding, which is actually, in my opinion, a good thing. The
dress got done, the planning is done, and now, except for a few minor events
here and there, I have nothing pressing. I've been to see a couple summer
movies; we're still saving for a house, as well as hunting for one; the kids are
both recovering from pinkeye (yippee), but we were able to go to the Clarkston
fireworks yesterday. Just day-to-day summerness, and I'm loving it. I'm knitting
a sweater for Jade right now, and I think this is my first real, non-baby
sweater. I'll have to post a picture when I'm done because I'm just so darn
proud of it. That's it, that's all, and now back to putzing around on the net. I
love holiday weekends!
