Doug is coming home today

Well, it's 9:36 in the morning and Doug will be flying in at 1:00 pm and my time alone with Finnegan is drawing to an end. I have to that it was not as hard as I feared that it would be.

I was able to put Finnegan on a sleep schedule and it helped me to plan my day, the dogs even got regular walks. Last night, I walked them for about a mile and Grenade was very tired when we got back. Spoon is behaving a bit better, but he still rebels against me once in a while.

It is nice to know that Doug will be coming home. He misses Finnegan so much. I've tried to post lots of pictures of him for Doug to look at while he's away.

The house is clean, clothing washed and garden weeded. I can't believe home much I got accomplished in the past four days. I used to sleep in until 9 or 10 oclock, but this morning I was up at 7:30 am! Earlier every day. I guess I've turned over a new leaf and I hope it stays that way because I've got so much that I want to do with Finnegan and Doug.
