December 2007 Archives
Today is the last day of the year. I used to have a penpal from Malaysia, Stephanie Kang, who once told me that the Chinese tradition is to clean out your life (home, office, mind, body) at the end of the year. She said that you have to sweep out the bad spirits. So I've been busy cleaning and ridding my life of unnecessary items and burdens. Feels good.
Then starting on the first of January, I can start building up anew again. Of course, January 1st will be special because it's Valentin's 13th birthday. He was born on or around January 1st of 1995 so I just fixed the date as January 1st.
Finally, my own website. My brother-in-law, Doug, set me up with this website for Christmas. Now I can start 2008 just right. Look for lots of backtracking as I upload photos and write blogs for the past few years. It's like scrapbooking.
